You will find many different colors and sizes of hawthorn fruit in the bag. These fruits are gathered over a 2 month period in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley of Washington state. Representing the wide diversity in species and varieties of Crataegus flourishing here. Each is harvested at peak ripeness and slowly air dried to maintain its fruity essence. Next, the fruits are hand blended into this truly unique expression of dried Hawthorn for use in your favorite recipe and/or remedy.
